Beauty, with
understanding.

This molar-inspired model is an artistic anatomical illustration. The colors, enlarged spaces and separation movements help make small structures visible. Tooth shape and root anatomy vary.

Explore at your own pace

Drag the tooth to rotate it. Select any of the fourteen anatomy points, separate the layers, or take the four-chapter journey. Use the motion control to pause ambient animation. Every structure is also available by keyboard and touch.

Regions and tissues

Crown, neck, root and apex describe regions. Enamel, dentin, cementum and pulp are tissues. A root canal is an internal space containing pulp. The nerve pathways are shown within the pulp; the periodontal ligament connects the root surface to its bony socket.
